Winter is coming – that phrase is over used, thanks to Jon Snow and The Game Thrones. They have been saying that for the past 5 seasons on the show but its still on its way. Maybe its a little too shy and doesn’t want to come after all? Speaking of GoT, I want Kit Harrington to come back as Jon Snow. The show losses all meaning without a few characters and Jon Snow is one of them.

I feel like I have been living in the frosty climates myself for the past couple months thanks to my work[don’t ask]. I have read studies that say “good people leave managers and not companies” and I couldn’t agree more. More on that some other time maybe. But all that it has taught me is to be wary of people in general. You can never trust everybody at their face value, many of them have convoluted personalities.
Quite recently, I started following Anna Wintour and I have fallen in love with her fashion sense. I have been obsessively googling her and I chanced upon Vouge’s 72 questions with Anna Wintour and man, she looks fantastic for her age. She reminds me of Meryl Streep from Devil Wears Prada. I wonder if Streep’s character was inspired by Wintour? Seems probable. Though personally speaking I like Victoria Beckham’s 72 questions better.

Coming to the outfit, I usually stay away from buying whites because they are so hard to keep clean. But when I went shopping recently, I glanced upon this purer-than-snow white sweater and I was instantly drawn to it, it screamed “Anna Wintour” in its own sartorial way. I thought of every logical reason to not buy it, but at the end, I had to have it and simply couldn’t imagine it on some other girl. So, just before my turn at the billing counter came, I ran back to the shelf and bought it. I have paired it with ripped skinny jeans to add a little rugged-ness to the outfit. I accessorised the attire with EddieO’s, my Guess watch and a structured tote from Splash. The sweater, jeans and shoes are from Forever21.
