Hello Everyone,
When I thought of tablets in general, the first thing that popped to my mind was “I can function without that, its quite unnecessary”. I mean I have a phone and 2 laptops, which pretty much take care of all my tech needs, so why complicate my life with another device? But thanks(or not) to Asus, for sending me their ZenPad 8.0, I now know what I have been missing out on and I know I won’t be able to function without this device that transcends a mobile phone and is a flexible equivalent to a laptop.
Asus Zenpad 8.0 Z380KL Review – a Fashion Bloggers Perspective:
There are several sites out there that will give you technical gyan about the zillion beautiful features that Asus ZenPad 8.0 emulates. I will be speaking about that too but from a fashion bloggers perspective which, I can promise, will not bore you to death.
Design: The first thought that came to me when I held the ZenPad was “wow, this feels just like a book”. The bookworm that I am, it delighted me to no end – I know I will be downloading a lot of books on this one! It is the exact size of a book and feels very familiar in your hands -Its not too big nor too small. And if you like playing games[like me] then you will love the design. You can easily hold it without having achy fingers.
Display: It has a fantastic display. The images appear sharp and clear.

Camera: If you love taking selfies, you will love this tab. The selfie cam comes with a “beautification” option which acts as a live photoshop. Apart from that, it also has slow motion, time lapse and several filter options.

Special feature that I really love:
1. Asus Zenpad comes with a Power Case(charge without plugging in) and a Audio Cover(speakers in the cover. No need of external speakers for enhancing the volume).
- Power Case: Available in either Black or White models, the ASUS Power Case simply snaps on to the rear of the device instead of the ASUS Zen Case. It incorporates a 4330 mAh (typical) non-removable polymer battery to extend the power of the ASUS ZenPad 8.0 Z380KL by up to 175% or as much as 16 hours in total.
- Audio Cover: Available in either Black or White models, the ASUS Audio Cover simply snaps on to the rear of the device instead of the ASUS Zen Case. It brings DTS-HD Premium Sound to the ASUS ZenPad 8.0 Z380KL meaning movies and music sound better than ever inIt has its own internal battery for six hours of power and audio is delivered upwards through four Main channel speakers, one Center and a Subwoofer – all housed in one single strip. The cover also acts as protection for the screen and allows the tablet to stand neatly and safely in landscape.
2. Take Pics Like a Professional – The ASUS ZenPad 8.0 Z380KL is the only ZenPad offering unparalleled night time landscapes in low light.
3. MiniMovie – App that every amateur flim directors should check out.
Thats my take on the new Asus ZePad 8.0.
xoxo
